Halfway through turning this Sapele Bowl, I just knew it was going to be for noodles! So, had a go at making a pair of chopsticks from the off cut. Deep and delicious dark red, smooth and tactile, feels wholesome in your hands. Finished with food grade mineral oil. Please don't shove it in the dishwasher, rinse out with warm soapy water and leave to dry or if you can't put it down, lovingly polish dry with a soft cloth.
